I've seen that, but it's not really an answer. Unless they name specific laws and explain why they pose an unreasonable burden, I can't really talk to my legislators about it. Without more explanation, Kraken comes off as dodgy for wanting to avoid regulation.

Cost of licensing in the state + ongoing related burdens vs revenue opportunity in the state. A business wanting to remain profitable is not dodgy. If you would like to personally pay for the cost of operating in WA, we would happily reconsider.
