Disrupting finance will be much harder than most crypto founders expect.
Software historically ate the world in markets with companies/people that were not quantitative and not aggressive. Finance is filled with highly quantitative & aggressive people. They will not go quietly.

The smartest of these people see the writing on the wall and are leaving their jobs at big banks, taking roles with stock options at crypto startups. In a few years there won't be anything left to disrupt -- old finance will simply wither out of the way. Resistance is futile.

It's very much a "people over estimate what can be accomplished in two years and under estimate what can be accomplished in ten" situation.
When it happens, it will happen dramatically.

.. just wait it out the old guard will eventually converted by their young ones, changed of mind/hearts, come to their senses, or dead (I am saying this with much respect)
