I don't go looking for trackers on sites but if you're about to add it, I'd ask if it's worth it to your objective. There have been malicious trackers in the past injecting their wallet address over your own sends. Facebook passes in regards to security but fails on privacy.
I doubt the authenticity of these responses.
First, I would bet many don't know what Pixel is, and second, since social media is about putting forth the person you wish to be perceived as, of course no one says "it's fine."
