Where is the evidence that data was stolen from Kraken?

I sent the specific link to press@kraken.com. It shows someone with their passport/driving licence with Kraken written on a piece of paper. As of yet there is no proof that the data was hacked from exchanges but the hacker has now provided evidence that he possesses a data dump.

Thanks. This image definitely did not come from our system. Could be this person got hacked, could be someone who subpoenaed his info got hacked, could be his cloud backups of his photos got hacked. There's also another potential explanation... ;)
