After much debate over #PropC, I think we all agree on the objective, the severity of the issue and the need for change. What we disagree about are some fundamental philosophical beliefs and the plan. I tried to identify all the points of contention. Did I miss anything?

Decentralize government, representatives should live in the most impoverished neighborhood they represent, A) This would help them see the effects of their policy and B) Financially support Constituents with most needs. 😉
