Well I think you’re spot on... The last AG made #BitLicense then created a Company to extort Crypto Companies to comply w/ BitLicense. Now this one is telling companies from #Europe to #Singapore to #HongKong they are accountable to what “NY” thinks... give me a break!

how is that extortion? if the state wants you to be regulated to operate then the exchange has a choice to operate or not. if you choose not to operate there then you need to make efforts to prevent users in that area from joining. pretty fucking simple logic here
