Have absolutely appreciated Kraken’s approach to ethos, ethics, security, safety and fairness towards its users over the years. No other exchange comes close.

That being said can you please invest heavily in UI/ UX.? You’ve fallen so far behind it’s a tragedy to all the above!

Thank you! Feedback heard loud and clear. We do have some great stuff in the works. In terms of the trading interface, check out trade.kraken.com if you haven’t already.
Always appreciated kraken focusing on the long term, easily the most ethical exchange. That being said, listing tether implies support, if tether is eventually revealed as a scam, it will reflect very badly on kraken.
The bad UI is what keeps most of us from trading on Kraken. Very glad to hear you are working on it!

I have to admit I used to give Kraken a lot of shit but it has improved it’s back end BIG TIME. Site works great now. I don’t mind the UI now that I no longer get time outs. Add ACH deposits and withdrawals and Kraken will be 👌🏻

Great exchange in terms of fees, transparency and reputation but not where you would send a crypto newbie (atm) due to the confusing UX/UI
