5 strangers told an intoxicated teenager that they would walk her to her car. Instead they took her to another location where they filmed gang raping her. Being motionless with her eyes closed doesn't equate consent. That isn't sexual abuse. It's rape. amp.theguardian.com/world/2018/apr

"Under Spanish law, the lesser offence of sexual abuse differs from rape in that it does not involve violence or intimidation." No intimidation? 5 strangers luring an intoxicated woman to an unknown location is incredibly scary & intimidating. How many women are killed each year?
thank you for spreading this news, the whole world needs to know about this terrifying situation

Thank you so much, Jessica, for echoing this crazy sentence. Here in Spain, women are afraid this could set a dangerous precedent, and we won't tolerate it. It's not sexual abuse, it's RAPE: because involves no consent, is violence against a woman and 5 guys are intimidating!
