The way it could be reversed is if individual creators sign a legal document that assigns them the liability instead of having it be on YouTube itself. Creators themselves will be in charge of making sure everything is correct under Article 13.

I'm wondering if I'm understanding Article 13 correctly. I know you may have to block European countries from viewing content. What if you were to automatically do this for channels, but this could be reversed.

Then and only then can creators in Europe or creators in general who want videos shown in Europe actually publish in Europe. Would something like that work? Can YouTube have creators be liable for their content still?
