The rest of that sentence since it cut off - "...like a universal income, review of our work week, how we retrain our young people, how we make everybody an entrepreneur at some level. But we're gonna have to worry about economics if we want to get democracy back on track."
To all the people "well actually"-ing this tweet: No, Obama didn't author a white paper or launch a basic income campaign. But he voiced his support for a UBI as one solution to inequality. That's a big deal, especially for a former President.
