Go vegan and become ill. Skurvy and rickets is already coming back..All because of bazaar diets and trends...We are designed to eat meat we have the correct teeth and the stomach acid to dissolve meat...... Veganism is just a faze ....Thank God.

Scurvy is caused by the severe deficiency of vitamin C due to the lack of fruits and vegetables in the diet. Rickets is caused by the lack of vitamin D which can be corrected by exposure to sunlight. As for the teeth and the gastrointestinal tract... 1/2

Life long Vegetarian here, no meat, eggs, chicken or fish, and now 6 years into Veganism. I'll be 66 in June, have all my teeth, incredible skin, great legs and have been told numerous times I look way younger than I am. Works for me.
