I don't want to sound like the typical Internet troll, but what is good about this photo is the scenery, not the photo quality

The camera did a great job capturing the details of the sky and buildings. The scenery is the star, and this photo did it justice.

Lol...a lot of nitpicking on this photo. Basically this photo tells me there's a lot of unwarranted negativity about this phone's camera.
-
Improvements are definitely needed under certain conditions, but overall it's been a great cam.
Wish it had manual settings though...

Did you touch up the brightness & contrast in the camera app or in a third party photo editor app?
-
Used Instagram. Didn't enable any filters or other crap. Just simply brightness down a hair, and contrast up a little.

A little bleed on the upper lighting especially with the night mists but great quality looks like it shines on a little reduced brightness.
-
I was standing under very bright street lights when this photo was taken. You're seeing the unavoidable light hitting the lens.

Gorgeous photo!
-
Becareful that phone is not water-resistant
-
IP54. Which means a few rain drops won't hurt it.

How are you getting photos like this? Mine we're horrendous. Is that the essentials camera?
-
Yes. It's the Essential camera, with HDR disabled. I just held very still... Haha. :)

The vesta is what looks good, zooming in on the edges of the skyscrapers reveal otherwise about the camera's low light capabilities though.
