    I agree. The assumption seems to be that we stop diversity at cis gender...any thought to go further than that seems to come as a surprise. The staffing behind policy and program design must reflect our diversity.

    I found this resource and like many things am feeling pulled. On the one hand, I think this is such a valuable recognition that this will be a hard transition for many students and on the other hand wondering about the impact on students mental health.

    As a white male he states "This brings us to the “POC” part of the acronym. This is slightly less important, but the term traditionally used in Canada is “visible minority.” And apart from being American, “person of colour” is not very popular among those it used to describe."
