Residents tell Housing Committee Chairperson Anita Bonds they've seen discrimination against voucher holders in inclusionary zoning + the private market. "I'm sure the Attorney General and I will be looking a little closer at that ... it's against the law," Bonds said

DCHA Director Tyrone Garrett said the agency is refining its estimates. He now says $2.2 billion is the more realistic cost for rehabilitation and redevelopment of D.C.'s existing public housing stock (In the past, the agency's estimate was closer to $1 billion)

Garrett says of those approximately 2,500 units in the most critical condition: 135 families have vouchers, and some additional residents could have access to PVBs, but there is not yet a finalized plan for the vast majority of these families
