NYT asked Stephen Curry to rank the at all 29 NBA arenas.
"Curry not only agreed but also suggested scoring five factors on a scale of 1 to 5 to support the rankings: freshness, saltiness, crunchiness, butter and presentation."

Interestingly, in the ratings that included both high and low scores (at lest 3 points between lowest and highest rating) it's almost always either the freshness or the presentation that's low - the only exception is the Amway centre, which also scrimps on the butter
