Think about like you are standing up to fast after been laying down. When your head is spinning and the body is not. It’s a very scary thing to happened when you are 3-4 meters high up and as gymnastic coach seeing my gymnast losing control is the worst because you can do anythin

Do you know if this sorta stuff (losing air awareness/the twisties) just sorta happens and we don’t know why or if there’s worry about brain stuff like with concussions?
