Most of us met Nicole through @inminivanhell who has been reporting on all this stuff since the start of the pandemic. They’re both public school parents linking all the school districts together, here in coastal California.

While I’m not a SF resident, my research found me looking into SF residents. For example, this San Diego org used a SF resident as their agent of service for registering their corporation. Even used his business address. This group sued CA, which lead to reopening of schools.pic.twitter.com/T537kmzB9y

Looks like you've uncovered the office of an election law specialist,
@inminivanhell. Good work.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

This wasn’t an election campaign, this was an organization created to fund a lawsuit that benefited Jame Sutton directly by getting SFUSD schools open. This org then broke off to create Let Them Breathe. Gaslighting is ineffective when used on those who have done the research.

Those corporation registration days 2 days apart, while both immediately filing lawsuits that serve his interests, are interesting.

Oh look, James Sutton involved in more with the Campaign for Better San Francisco Public Schools PAC. The PAC committee included James, Matthew Alvarez (his law firm), and Patrick Wolff who has a hedge fund with Peter Thiel seed money. Screams “concerned parents”. For sure.pic.twitter.com/dSlLi5CiUe

So what is the goal of this PAC? To take away the publics right to vote on school board trustees, and allow it to be by appointment. June 2022 ballot goals.pic.twitter.com/ZrPCjvGRVq

The other person pushing this plan with Wolff straight up told the Chronicle it's too much work for her to learn about school board candidates and that's why no one should get to vote for school board.
