    O’Brien was careful to make clear he wasn’t around for those events, and also said he read parts of the Mueller report but was not at the White House at the time.

    Asked whether administration "will continue to seek investigations of Biden in Ukraine," O'Brien says Trump never asked for that. "I'm not aware of any requests the president made to investigate the Bidens per se. He wanted the Ukrainians to investigate corruption in Ukraine."

    From our NYT story tonight: no indication the app to tally votes in Iowa was hacked/breached. What happened appears to be much more mundane and commonplace: people didn’t understand how to use the technology, and bugs in internet speed/connectivity led to a lot of malfunctions.
