The certification of Arizona’s FALSE results is unethical and knowingly participating in the corruption that has disenfranchised AZ voters.
BUT, this in no way impacts the state legislature’s ability to take back the proper selection of delegates.

After the secretary of state certifies the election the "electors of this state shall cast their electoral college votes for the candidate for president and the candidate for vice president who jointly received the highest number of votes in this state."
