So much of this is wonder and amazing, but... As someone with PTSD a 2-3 hour deep dive into my personal story is.. terrifying? In order to explain my goals I'd have to expose so much of my personal history. Could you share what do you do to ensure psychological safety here?

I would worry that this technique screens out people with mental illnesses who have been burned by this type of attempt in interviews w/o any psychological safety barriers set up and, of course, would be hesitant to this sort of interview. Or maybe I'm just missing something?
