    Watching people clutch their pearls over Congresswomen dancing and cussing while our president is under investigation for treasonous acts is amazing. Just amazing.

    Cohen’s office was searched with a warrant approved by a judge upon a finding of probable cause. The crime-fraud exception to the attorney-client privilege prevents people from abusing the privilege to hide their crimes. It is neither unthinkable nor unheard of.

    If you were ever tempted to think that right-wing judges weren't activist -- that they were only "enforcing the Constitution" or "reading the statute" -- this will persuade you to knock it off. This is insanity in print, and it will not stand up on appeal.

    Climate change is the greatest threat we face. It’s already causing massive human suffering and it’s only going to get worse. Ann Arbor should be leading the way on sustainability. Cutting proposed funding is the wrong direction.
