The opening featuring , , + was terrific. But for as much as I love listening to them all, I even more so appreciate watching them all lead in their day-to-day. They put actions behind words.

INGOS have to literally STOP knowledge extraction and start paying activists when they come up with bunch of nuanced questions for which they dont want to do a proper desk research-but also bcs they dont know the context.

It’s Friday again; time to re-center JOY! What brought you 🍀JOY🍀 this week? Please share! For me, it was seeing so many people in three dimensions who make me smile + who give me energy! The extrovert in me is reawakening. (With new respect for boundaries + quiet time.)

My snort laugh of the morning: we had an errand at a brand name watch store so we got there at noon when they open. They were closed + running late because they were “scrambling to adjust for daylight savings time”. I think it was more like the St. Pattys weekend Chicago effect.

I use it 3-5 days a week for ~1hr to sweat out toxins that affect my health. It allows me to pause, reset, + warm up (I run very cold). I read by audiobook or play my Nintendo switch + sometimes I FaceTime a friend to pass on a laugh. I love my sauna + hope it makes you smile!

Somehow it’s Friday again; time to recenter JOY! What brought you joy this week? For me, it was celebrating my SAUNAversary! This pic was a year ago on day 1. I’m cracking up because it’s hilarious + I think laughter is added support for bodies—especially mine. (Cont)
