I think the work you have done is brilliant but will remain unfinished until we may take care of our most vulnerable. Before more fancy warming igloos, please make shelter space a top planning priority

Toronto won't make it to the top because of its persisting housing unaffordability. You people are putting this city's long term vitality at risk with the zoning bylaws.
