How can Ravens fans bash Castillo when they hired Greg Roman? Castillo is a fine Oline Coach. He wasn't calling plays.
Juan Castillo will be heading to the Buffalo Bills to work on Sean McDermott's staff as OL coach/run game coordinator.

Unfair. I would blame the FO. It's been kind of a revolving door on the ravens offensive staff 4 yrs. Castillos a Scapegoat.

I think McDermott should move Castillo to Def Coordinator like the Eagles did. That worked out great for them.

Yes. Specifically, look at 2015, the year after Kubiak left and Castillo was primarily in charge of the run game. It was pretty sad.
