That would be a lot of coaches if they kept Juan and hired a QB coach

Agreed. Marty, a QB coach, Roman and Juan, not to mention position coaches at RB, TE and WR, is a lot.
-
I guess they want as many minds and ideas as they can get in there. While that can be good it can also be very bad too
-
yeah, but I think you run the risk of having too many cooks in the kitchen. At some point you have to streamline info
-
that's what I was saying. Might cause some head butting between coaches and strained chemistry
-
It certainly doesn't work when Juan was run game coordinator and Moeller was Ol coach.
-
Scott Turner just got fired from Minnesota, is he a possibility for QB coach? Or who do you think is likely?
-
Thought Dennison was most likely.

Jeff, do you think this is a good move... ? I mean the Bills fired him..
-
Nothing is done yet, so tough to judge a move before it's actually made or the ramifications are clear.
-
I just don't know. If you get fired from a team with McCoy it's hard for me to be excited.
-
Bills had one of best running games in FB past two years.
-
wasn't Roman with San Fran before too? With Gore? It could be a dumb Rex move. He does those.
-
yep. He's pretty well regarded for his run schemes.
-
well maybe they'll balance. Just not sure my heart can deal with another subpar season lol

is Roman's run scheme not zone run based? I'm asking because I really don't know.
-
I'd have to do my homework on it as well. Not sure.

what could a QB coach bring to the table? Please help me understand what they do?
-
they are conduit between OC and QB. They run drills, spend more time with QB while OC is game planning, dealing w whole offense
