    I wanna go vegan but also I want to get a social media following, quit veganism 6 months later after eating just melon, lettuce and green juice, say i nearly died because of veganism, get famous off shitty social media journalism and start doing brand deals with meat companies :/

    Last year I arrived into testing with a lot of water weight and around 78kg. This year, I’m at a better weight of 73kg. Still have more fat to burn off and more muscle to add but on the way. If you are wanting to get in shape, you can do it. Let’s go guys 💪🏾

    I've been asked to speak at a university again tomorrow about effective animal activism!!! When i first started doing activism i was mortified of speaking out about animal rights & now i've spoken at middle schools, high schools, colleges, protests and marches 😲🙏🏾

    Organic dairy farm in Somerset caught dragging calves and forcing stomach tubes down their throats. The farm supplied Waitrose and was RSPCA and Soil Association certified.

    Prediction: in the next couple of years, we’re going to see an online community of people who take up smoking for health benefit. They’re so convinced that science is corrupt and government advice evil that smoking just *has* to be good. Anecdotally they feel great.

    This is shocking, I had no idea the blades can't be recycled. As a species, we *have* to move past this 'out of sight, out of mind' approach to waste management. Simply burying things in landfill is not a responsible way of dealing with our rubbish.

    Honey is vegan. Queens artificially inseminated with crushed males. Queens mutilated to prevent swarming. Bees overworking to replace missing honey. Bees dying after defending the hive and stinging farmers. Entire hives culled to keep costs down. Still think it’s vegan?

    Just to put the (claimed) numbers of sheep killed/injured by dogs into perspective. Here's the numbers of sheep killed by humans. Yearly. Nearly 3 million in 2017 alone.
