A few people have pointed it out, but our ROE regarding who we could point weapons at in Afghanistan was more restrictive than cops in MO.

@Ethan_Davis_ Sometimes that's a fine line. But grabbing reporters out of McD's and denying their right to report is a Constitutional issue. -
@MelissaHasBooks At that point it's not law enforcement, that's law breaking by an armed force. But nothing will likely be done, as usual.

So, how did that work out? For 10 years of war? Maybe such restrictions aren't helpful in war.
