My god, I have high regards for but he’s turning into a proper anti-hero with his relentless bashing of Web Components / Custom Elements. Rich, CEs are spec, they are essential part of (open) Web.

webcomponents are no good without javascript. a large amount of people don't have access to javascript. is promoting making an accessible & open web.
i don't see how someone pushing for better server rendered webpages is an anti hero. seems more like a hero to me.
