I don’t think your recruitment processes is setup to hire people like this - too slow and “standard”. But out of the most companies, you have the most potential to do it - atlas, embracing remote, stripe. You have data you need to spot these people.

I feel like stripe (and others for that matter) would have better luck hiring founder-minded people if they were open to part time commitments. One of the main reasons I left my full time job for freelance was to gain back more time/flexibility to work on my own business.
