The Starliner doesn't have a Crew Abort System. That seems like a Fatal Design Flaw and should be a Requirement for it.

Based on the new 737MAX issue discovered today and their desire to simply Patch the software, I recommend their entire Software Development and Testing Methodology be reviewed by experts in Life Critical Real Time Software.
