And that’s my project for the evening done: set up our own DNS resolver. I’m entirely confident our ISP wouldn’t tinker with their DNS resolvers unless left with no other choice, but now it’s a moot point…

As I understand it, my clients need to have dnscrypt support. I can work around that by using a locally-hosted resolver which they talk to “normally”, and that resolver uses dnscrypt upstream, but my local resolver doesn’t do dnscrypt either, so I’d have to change that too.
