is there a way I could specify DNS Servers rather than using 'google', or 'cisco-ipv6' ?? I would like to use some of the OpenNIC ones here: https://servers.opennic.org/

Yes, of course, just put their names here :) There’s also a feed with OpenNIC servers only: https://github.com/jedisct1/dnscrypt-proxy/wiki/DNS-server-sources#opennic-servers …

Read the content of the feed. It’s readable by the app, but also by humans :) https://download.dnscrypt.info/dnscrypt-resolvers/v2/opennic.md …

The current documentation is terrible and incomplete, so it would be awesome if you could improve it a little bit for newcomers. It’s a wiki; everybody can edit it.
