Haven’t tried Enpass yet but the only alternative to 1Password I can see right now is Dashlane. Which doesn’t seem to check the DB integrity

“a patented security architecture” doesn’t sound good. The only technical info in your link is “10000 PBKDF2 iterations” which is a joke.

OpenSSL RNG, 10000 SHA1- iterations, no authentication. Not so great.

Sad. They have a good UI and features set. Too bad they spent money on patents instead of people who know something about password storage.
