glibc adds getrandom(2), everything that uses seccomp and getrandom(2) through libressl breaks now, apparently openssl doesn't use it

the seccomp rules don't whitelist the getrandom(2) syscall, if libressl does the getrandom(2) syscall it gets killed by seccomp

seccomp rules get very long at some point, different libcs and different libc versions use different syscalls
