Battling it out with the R language. Fight hindered by a syntax that's as non-standard as possible and nomenclature of its own.
@ralphholz Seriously, give Julia a shot. Or Octave if you want a really simple syntax (but ugly graphs).

@ralphholz Also if you haven't, download R studio. It makes it easier to inspect your data and debug your code.
