Wikipedia mentions that libsodium supports NIST curves, though I can't see it in the docs, anyone got a reference for this?

haha I guess so, I really meant 'special coefficient NIST curve'... so does libsodium use 25519 for key agreement too?

Sure, but you can do DH over Edwards25519.
