TLS 1.3 no longer supports RSA *for key exchange*, but does support it for signing certificates. Otherwise an excellent article with which it is hard not to agree.

"TLS 1.3 no longer supports RSA"? No longer supports RSA encryption and mandates PSS for RSA signatures, but very much supports RSA, or the 90% of TLS certificate which use RSA won't work with TLS 1.3.
