Don’t take it the wrong way. Improving SMTP security is great. But running your own SMTP server has become insanely complicated, to the point that centralization appears like the only way to keep using it.

Running your own SMTP server is not complicated. Configuring the server is. (Guessing that’s what you meant) I Imagine a business where users buy a box (raspberry pi, etc.) that comes with good defaults and is plug and play. See what
