Yes, because I know that literally every memory access in the production code is guarded (unless we're talking about an optimising compiler that is trying to be too smart).

Sanitizers are generally pretty close to that but 1) they still leave ways to access memory bypassing the sanitizer (e.g. via inline assembly) 2) they're usually not enabled in production builds for performance reasons.
