My SFW public DNS service is now accepting quite a lot of traffic. This is fine, but the model needs to be periodically retrained to keep it accurate. Donating GPU/TPU cycles (on Google Cloud or whatever) would be immensely useful for this. Thanks. https://fr.dnscrypt.info/sfw.html

Ditto the for my public DoH and DNSCrypt servers, that seem to have become very popular in China (first pic is DoH, second is DNSCrypt). Happy to run services that are useful to people. But remember that these have a cost for me, even from an operational perspective.pic.twitter.com/BFpitT2vOh

Replying to @mnot
BTW, the CIR at the CDN level is low. Two hypothesis: 1) unlike caching resolvers, the CIR doesn’t include queries for glue records 2) CDNs are not designed to cache hundred million keys whose values are just a few bytes. This is very different from website traffic.

I don’t know if @cloudflare enforces a limit on the number of cached keys for a given domain (especially for free accounts). But that may explain it. Especially since the CHR didn’t change much after artificially setting a minimum TTL.
