Is dnscrypt still alive and kicking? I dropped it a couple years back as the agent wasn't seemingly maintained and performance was getting poor.

I believe dnscrypt is no longer active, depreciated due to the ensuing DOH (DNS Over HTTP) or DOT (DNS over TLS) RFC 7858 and RFC 8310
