Same question. What I’d read somewhere was that no-knock would still be allowed when there was indication there may be firearms in the premises.

Im glad the no knock and quick knock was banned but if nobody is going to hold the cops accountable by a punishment more than a verbal warning or a reassignment, does banning the no knocks really work? We need a civil oversight committee!

Great idea. Take power away from the State (cops) and replace it with power from the State ("woke" cops)
