    Teaching business lessons to kids is HYOOOGE. I make it a point to share one lesson any time a kid does work for me.

    When you see a kid taking the initiative to make a buck — give it to them. Even if you don't want what they're selling. Even if what they're selling sucks. They don't need to learn about supply/demand or besting the competition. They need to learn that initiative pays.

    When in doubt, ship sooner. On a related note, this is similar to why I think your wasting marketing resources with a product launch. You put all your eggs into one marketing event which has sooo many moving parts which could go wrong.

    "We worked for over 6 months on 20 new features". Cool, why wait to release them at once with such a painfully forced narrative of "these 20 disparate bits and bobs represent the future of customer support".
