        That's not true. The Senate already passed a back-pay bill before the current shutdown began, but the House will need to pass it and the President sign it. We already know how the House will act & the WH has indicated Trump would sign, but it does require Congressional action.

        Good!! No pain. No gain. Until the nation's monied GOP class feels the pain, Trump will never reopen the government. Having garbage pile up at National Parks in January isn't going to do it. Cost some corporate GOPer a plane ride & it might.
