Especially not for 25-year-olds.

I'm more concerned about the house cleaner's well-being. Who cleans a house for $30 even if just one time a month?
-
Especially one with 4 roommates and a dog
-
Even if they spend $30/each per month, that’s one cleaning per month for one hour.

This is wrong, my rent when I moved to D.C. was $280 in a perfectly fine group house four minutes from a Metro station and my first studio apartment rent was $680. There are plenty of places you can live in a shared housing situation for $825.
