2013 Reg Reform law guar'd right to counsel in all UNC system student disciplinary proceedings. Disagree w/ AG, but its only press release?

At this point, yes. But Sec DeVos is reviewing college hrng process rn & Dem AGs are lobbying to oppose Due Process request being returned

As an atty, it boggles my mind that the AGs are not able to see the huge miscarriages of justice that occur when DP is forbidden.

So, yes. Counsel req but college rules make Counsel a "potted plant". Due Process & Police work in real world, but Kangaroo Courts abhor DP.
