I think Dan is pretty disappointed that he wasn't on that list Trump put out last week. He will have to work harder to get on Trump's radar I guess. Maybe he can introduce some more useless legislation for things that are already law and mirror Trump's deranged tweets.

Justice Scalia died on Feb. 13, 2016. If there was no rush to fill his seat then, there is no rush to fill RBG’s seat now. There should be no SCOTUS votes until after Inauguration Day. If Trump wins a second term and Republicans keep the Senate, then Trump can appoint a Justice.
