Calling for targeted testing and quarantine efforts at nursing homes is not at odds with calls to re-open part of the economy with safety protocols. These two positions are not in conflict.

Need more information before making a judgement call. While it definitely should be a priority, what assurances or assumptions were there on the table prior? Was testing kits that were available in quantities to make this happen prior, but were rejected for some reason?
