There are past constitutional legal precedences on public health and safety that allow the government to place reasonable limitations on the 1st amendment. This is such things like the incitement clause and "clear and present danger" evaluation in Schenck v. United States, 1919.

The 5th Amendment doesn't cover the extra stuff on work. You can't just take an Amendment and adjust it in your head for additional coverage. The 1st Amendment allows assembly but that doesn't exempt the people from abiding by distance. This is a "clear and present danger".

Dan Bishop said that he took@an oath to support the constitution. The same oath he took when he was in the NC General Assembly. Perhaps he has forgotten all the unconstitutional laws he supported while in the General Assembly?
