Doesn't the part of the ruling where it explicitly mentions impeachment as a remedy to situations where the executive branch doesn't comply with subpoenas actually validate that vote?

That has been part of the grift. On one hand they argue that it should go through the courts while arguing that the courts shouldn't get involved. When the courts say they shouldn't get involved and the remedy is impeachment they just leave the second part off and claim victory.
